    No, we only have an online store. This is how we are able to keep our product costs low.

    We currently offer shipping to the US and Canada.

    We ship most of our orders from Oklahoma unless otherwise specified.

    Please allow up to 5 - 10 business days for standard shipping.

    We offer a USPS standard shipping rate of $7.95 per item and $1.50 every other item.

    No, we do not accept payments by mail.

    Yes, we charge sales tax on orders that are being shipped to California.

    We accept PayPal, which supports major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

    You can apply only 1 coupon code per order.

  10. I have a promo code, where do I submit it on your website?
    When you proceed to checkout you will have the option to input a promo code at the bottom of the page in the box that says "Gift Vouchers/Discount Coupons."

  11. How can I check the status of my order?
    You can track your order at any time by going to http://www.partsandplus.com/order_tracking.php and filling in the Order ID, E-Mail Address, and the Validation Code.

  12. How do I cancel an order I've placed?
    You may contact us any time to cancel your order at http://www.partsandplus.com/contact_us.php. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped.

  13. How do I return or exchange an item?
    We offer a 30-day return period no questions asked. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
