You can track your order at any time by going to http://www.partsandplus.com/order_tracking.php and filling in the Order ID, E-Mail Address, and the Validation Code.
How do I cancel an order I've placed?
You may contact us any time to cancel your order at http://www.partsandplus.com/contact_us.php. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have been shipped.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We offer a 30-day return period no questions asked. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
